The neighborhood became too small, and the gastrobar was left behind, from which we took a lot of gastronomy and all our experience. Now, we chose the right approach, and we're committed to ourselves, to our cuisine and our idea. Palodú has grown up, shedding labels and conventions. Market cuisine, vibrant and evolving, in two menu options, with their respective pairings. Nothing more, nothing less. Finally, we're us.
