Se quedó pequeño el barrio, y atrás quedó el gastrobar, del que nos llevamos mucha gastro y todo el bagaje. Ahora, elegimos la propuesta, y apostamos por nosotros, por nuestra cocina y nuestra idea. Palodú se ha hecho mayor, y se desviste de etiquetas y convencionalismos. Cocina de mercado, viva y cambiante en dos opciones de menú, con sus respectivos maridajes. Sin más, pero nada menos. Por fin somos nosotros.
The neighbourhood has become too small, and the gastrobar has been left behind, from which we took a lot of gastronomy and all the baggage. Now, we choose the proposal, and we bet on ourselves, on our cuisine and our idea. Palodú has grown up, and is stripped of labels and conventions. Market cuisine, alive and changing in two menu options, with their respective pairings. Nothing more, but nothing less. At last, it is us.
